Our Mission

GLP1NutritionLab was created to solve a simple problem: millions of people are starting GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro, but there's very little independent guidance on the nutrition side.

These medications are incredibly effective for weight loss, but without proper nutrition — especially adequate protein — users risk losing muscle mass, developing nutrient deficiencies, and undermining their long-term health.

We research, test, and review meal delivery services and nutrition products specifically through the lens of GLP-1 compatibility. Every review considers protein content, portion sizing, nutrient density, and how well the service supports healthy body composition during medication-assisted weight loss.

Our Review Process

• We purchase everything ourselves — We never accept free meals, samples, or sponsorships from the companies we review. Every meal we test is paid for out of our own budget.
• We analyze nutritional profiles — We compare each service's nutritional data against clinical guidelines for GLP-1 patients, including protein targets, micronutrient density, and calorie appropriateness.
• We evaluate GLP-1 specific features — Does the service offer a dedicated GLP-1 program? Are meals designed by physicians or dietitians? Can you easily adjust ordering based on appetite fluctuations?
• We consider real user experiences — We analyze verified user reviews, looking for patterns in satisfaction, taste, convenience, and GLP-1 specific outcomes.
• We update regularly — Meal delivery services change their menus, pricing, and programs frequently. We re-evaluate our recommendations quarterly to ensure accuracy.
